Job Description:

We are looking for a Mortgage Escrow Assistant to support the mortgage process by managing the administrative tasks associated with escrow accounts. You will be working Monday to Friday full time. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are crucial for success in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collecting and reviewing documents such as loan agreements, title records, and insurance policies
  • coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies to ensure all escrow requirements are met
  • Handling funds deposits and disbursements in accordance with escrow instructions
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • and maintaining accurate records throughout the transaction
  • Help streamline the closing process and ensure all parties are informed and documentation is complete

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate, mortgage, banking, or administrative support is required
  • Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite), and familiarity with mortgage or escrow management systems
  • Ability to accurately review, prepare, and process detailed documents and contracts
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and maintain comprehensive records
  • Effective verbal and written communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders
  • Capacity to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues that may arise during the escrow process
