A growing financial services business specialising in mortgage and protection advice, alongside established commercial and real estate finance divisions. The company currently operates with a small regulated advisory team but has ambitious expansion plans, supported by increasing lead flow and future recruitment growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
  • Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Building relationships with introducers and clients
  • Handling both company-provided and self-generated leads
  • Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice
  • Working closely with the wider finance and property teams

Requirements

  • Previous mortgage and protection advice experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Targets and meeting service levels will form a part of your objectives
  • Manage the relationships, communications and training requirements with our selected panel of second charge Mortgage brokers
  • Proactively drive case progression from inquiry to funds dispersal
  • Respond promptly to new business inquiries and referrals applying policy expertise, with a focus on conversion
  • Identifying sales opportunities and potential unique selling points (USPs) for the product range
  • Advocate too and support Mortgage Intermediaries, Third Parties & customers with available Integrations and system queries
