Job Description:

Join our 16-week Academy programme to fast-track your career and receive full financial support from us to become a fully-qualified Mortgage Advisor. This is your chance to retrain into financial services with full sponsorship of your CeMAP qualification. Job Responsibility:

Advising clients
Submitting 15+ mortgage cases a month
Offering the right advice and industry-leading customer service standards

Requirements:

Proven track record in people-facing or target-driven roles (e.g., sales, retail, recruitment, hospitality, insurance, call centres, or professional services)
Resilient, driven, and serious about building a career
Confident communicator who knows how to listen, explain, and build trust
Can thrive in a structured, high-performing team environment
Based in or around Norfolk and happy to work from our Norwich office full-time
Available for the whole 16 weeks of training with zero planned holidays
