Job Responsibility

  • Advising clients
  • Submitting 15+ mortgage cases a month
  • Offering the right advice and industry-leading customer service standards

Requirements

  • Proven track record in people-facing or target-driven roles (e.g., sales, retail, recruitment, hospitality, insurance, call centres, or professional services)
  • Resilient, driven, and serious about building a career
  • Confident communicator who knows how to listen, explain, and build trust
  • Can thrive in a structured, high-performing team environment
  • Based in or around Norfolk and happy to work from our Norwich office full-time
  • Available for the whole 16 weeks of training with zero planned holidays
