Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Take part in regular training, one-to-one and team meetings
Pay close attention to customer feedback and our processes to deliver the BEST customer service
Act as a critical feedback loop to our Operations and Development teams
Ensure Haysto’s core values are at the forefront of everything you do

Requirements:

CeMAP-qualified
Have CAS status
At least 18 months experience as a mortgage advisor
Track record of working in high-energy sales environments with a demonstrated ability of over-achieving targets
Excellent communication abilities with a passion for delighting customers
Be a self-starter and highly motivated to rapidly grow your income
Proven ability to develop strong relationships across internal team members
Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment embracing continuous improvement

Nice to have:

Experience with complex mortgage cases and specialist lenders
