This company deals with a wide range of cases, including residential purchases, remortgages and some buy-to-let.
Job Responsibility:
Act as front-of-house by answering and directing all inbound calls
Manage mortgage cases from point of adviser recommendation through to completion
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, clients, and advisers to ensure smooth progression
Handle residential, remortgage, product transfer, and occasional BTL cases
Update internal systems, maintain accurate case notes, and chase required documents
Provide dedicated administrative support to your paired adviser
Uphold excellent customer service and communication throughout the process
Requirements:
Previous mortgage administration experience is required.
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
