Requirements

Previous experience in mortgage or financial services administration is preferred but not essential
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases with high attention to detail
A proactive, positive team player with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow - support is available to gain industry qualifications
Good administrative skills

Job Responsibility

Submit and progress mortgage applications from start to finish
Support advisers with documentation and client communications
Manage inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and third parties to move cases forward
Book appointments for mortgage and protection reviews
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance throughout
Use internal systems to manage and update client case files
