Job Responsibility:
Progress mortgage applications from fact-find through to completion
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to keep cases moving
Provide client updates and prepare required documentation
Manage diary, inbox, CRM updates, and general PA tasks
Support compliance requirements and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in mortgage administration or as a mortgage adviser
Strong understanding of UK mortgage processes and lender requirements
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office
