Job Description

As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment. Working as part of a professional cleaning team, you will deliver high standards of service in line with agreed specifications and company procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with agreed standards, systems of work, and industry best practice
  • Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standard
  • Take responsibility for the quality of your work within your designated areas
  • Report any issues, damages, or maintenance concerns promptly
  • Respond to queries or requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support to colleagues as required in line with the service level agreement
  • Undertake any additional cleaning duties as requested by the Cleaning Manager

Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
