Job Responsibility:

  • Cooking breakfast for guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, sensible approach to ordering supplies
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety protocols/policies
  • Create an environment that has safety embedded in the culture
  • Develop and manage kitchen budgets, report on financial performance and implement any cost savings required without impacting delivery of excellence
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and food preparation processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey
  • Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of food hygiene and allergen controls
  • Ability to cook and present foods to a high standard
  • Be competent to order goods as needed
  • Have confidence to be able to complete company bookwork
