Job Responsibility:
Cooking breakfast for guests in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed
Monitor and manage stock levels, sensible approach to ordering supplies
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety protocols/policies
Create an environment that has safety embedded in the culture
Develop and manage kitchen budgets, report on financial performance and implement any cost savings required without impacting delivery of excellence
Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and food preparation processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey
Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Requirements:
A strong understanding of food hygiene and allergen controls
Ability to cook and present foods to a high standard
Be competent to order goods as needed
Have confidence to be able to complete company bookwork
