Construction Project Management; Interior Design; Technical Services; Pre-construction; Quantity Surveying. Apprenticeships. Duration: Permanent Employment. Qualifications Required: 3 A Levels or level 3 equivalent (to be completed by summer’26) AND Level C/grade 4 and above in Maths & English GCSE. As an apprentice, you will be enrolled onto either a fully funded level 4 or undergraduate degree course relevant to your role. Apprenticeship courses can last between 2-6 years depending on the discipline. Graduates. Duration: Permanent Employment. Qualifications Required: A relevant degree or master’s to the role you are applying for. Main degree’s we consider; Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Interior Design, Interior Architecture and Architecture. *If you have a degree or masters in a non-cognate subject, you will not be eligible for a graduate role. Instead, you will have to apply for an apprenticeship to become qualified in your desired role, either by completing an undergraduate or master’s qualification. Undergraduate Year in Industry Placements. Duration: 1-year fixed term contract. Qualifications Required: Currently completing your second year at university with the option for a year in industry. Main degree’s we consider; Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Marketing and Architecture.
