Job Responsibility

Diagnose issues, determine if they are bugs, failures, or misconfigurations, and escalate when necessary
Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure smooth operations
Learn the platform’s features, architecture, and configuration
Shadow team members to understand incident handling and prioritization
Take ownership of simple incidents with guidance
Meet key teams—Engineering, Product, Data and Systems —to understand collaboration workflows
Handle most incidents independently, using logs and monitoring tools
Determine issue causes and escalate complex cases appropriately
Improve internal documentation and support processes
Assist users with technical issues

Job Responsibility

Operates complex cardiac monitoring systems, including ECG rhythm screens, computerized dysrhythmia detection system and rhythm printers
Observes and documents ECG monitors according to established guidelines, and reports to appropriate staff the necessary information such as patient name, room number, cardiac rhythm, dysrhythmia, and life-threatening situations
Maintains and monitors equipment /environment and reports any malfunctions to the appropriate maintenance department
Sets up central station
Monitors alarms, troubleshoots false alarms, and corrects improper lead placement
Assists with rhythm interpretation and dysrhythmia detection
Labels monitor strips to indicate significant events such as defibrillation, electrical-cardioversion, CPR and code medication administration
Records information in patient's log and maintains accurate, neat account of patient's cardiac monitoring status during episode of care
Identifies and records patient's rhythm and changes in patient rhythm and condition
Serves as Monitor Tech Lead in assigned unit/department
