Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Monitoring Surveyor to join our UK South Monitoring Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience using Monitoring equipment looking to work on a variety of high-profile projects within the expeditious Geospatial industry. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Department and will be based out of our Watford office.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and successfully deliver survey works on small to medium-sized or moderately complex projects
Undertaking various types of surveys sessions using a variety of specialised and exciting equipment and technology such as total stations, GNSS and data collectors
Support Principal and Senior Surveyors in larger or more complex projects
Record surveying information accurately and consistently on site to the agreed specification and scope
Process data from the field into the office, post-processing with software, such as AutoCAD
Assist with detailed field and office surveying assignments
Ensure that all survey kits are maintained and well-kept
Deliver to company policies, procedures, standards and best practices
Any other duties as required by the business
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 year’s site survey experience using survey instruments
