Advanced degree in law, human rights, public policy, M&E, or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience conducting evaluations in governance, justice, or rule of law
Demonstrated experience evaluating capacity-building interventions
Strong familiarity with OECD-DAC criteria and MEL best practices
Proven ability to apply gender, inclusion, and human rights lenses
Excellent analytical, writing, and synthesis skills
Fluency in English
Ukrainian is an asset

Assignment 1: Final Evaluation of the Kharkiv War Crimes Project (2024–2026)
Assignment 2: Mid-Term Evaluation of the Restraining a Doubt Machine Project (2025–2027)

Review project documentation and MEL data
Engage with stakeholders
Use mixed-methods approaches
Apply ethical, gender-responsive, conflict-sensitive, and survivor-centered approaches
