Meshy is looking for a Product Manager with a strong commercial mindset to join our team. You will be responsible for building and evolving the monetization system of the Meshy platform and defining sustainable growth strategies. By deeply understanding user value and refining pricing models, you will drive long-term growth in platform revenue and core business metrics—such as conversion rate, LTV, and ARPU—while maintaining a strong user experience.
Job Responsibility:
Commercial Strategy & Planning: Define and continuously optimize the SaaS monetization model based on the product’s stage of development and market feedback
Design flexible pricing strategies and entitlement/plan structures to meet the needs of creators at different tiers across global markets
Conversion Funnel Optimization: Analyze the end-to-end subscription and payment funnel to identify bottlenecks
Improve core conversion rates by optimizing paywall design, purchase flows, payment experience, and promotional strategies
Monetization Infrastructure & Capabilities: Partner closely with engineering teams to plan and build scalable monetization infrastructure and foundational capabilities, ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient revenue flows
Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish monetization metrics and monitoring systems
Validate pricing and operational strategies through A/B testing, and continuously improve monetization efficiency and user retention based on data insights
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of internet product experience
Hands-on monetization experience in SaaS, subscription-based products, or content creation tools is required
Strong understanding of mainstream internet monetization models, with a clear sense of ROI
Ability to break down complex business goals into executable product solutions
Highly data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to guide pricing and operational strategies through quantitative analysis
Proficient in spoken English for collaboration with global teams and users
International perspective and experience serving global users
Nice to have:
Experience with AIGC, creative tools, or content platforms
Familiarity with global payment methods, payment experiences, and overseas payment regulations
Proven success cases in launching or scaling products in specific international or regional markets
