Job Description:

Join our client as Monetization Lead to own and grow revenue across our gamified mystery-box platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the core of the business — you will work directly with the CPO and leadership to design, test, and scale the systems that drive monetization. This is a builder role that is close to the data, not just strategy. You will turn user insights into practical monetization opportunities, balancing speed, quality, and long-term value in a fast-moving environment. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and design to build monetization that delights users while growing the business. You will design experiments, measure impact, and share insights with leadership. You will mentor colleagues as the team and platform grow.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and performance data
  • Identify and execute high-impact monetization opportunities
  • Design and optimize pricing, content, and economy mechanics
  • Run experiments across Live Ops and CRM
  • Build and use LLM-driven workflows to improve execution speed

Requirements:

  • Experience driving monetization in gaming, digital products, or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical capability (SQL, experimentation, cohort analysis)
  • Clear product and commercial instinct
  • Hands-on, self-starting, high-agency mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • A true AI native, a user of LLMs, automation, and modern tooling
What we offer:
  • equity participation
  • direct exposure to company performance
  • clear path to building and leading a team
