  • Develop and maintain the working standards reflecting the best practices
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of all molding equipments. Equipment, tooling and process problem resolution
  • Achieving scheduled production targets meeting strict deadlines
  • Supervision of workforce including supervisors and operators
  • Cost reduction, methods and process improvements on the production activities
  • Coordinates the activities necessary to maintain production timing and parallel production activities
  • Special focus to pin headers.Respond quickly to control the problems highlighted by the visual control systems
  • Ensuring the compliance of customer specific requirements
  • Take part of the management routines and problems solving workshops
  • Develop his teams’ skills to be able to produce with minimum help from others (the small train driver should be the only help needed)
  • Consumable minimum inventory management during production
  • Mechanical system design for manufacturing
  • P.M schedule preparation and updating
  • Preventive and predictive Maintenance knowledge of SPM’s and CNC machines
  • Analyze development or manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements
  • With technical knowledge (who can also run production ) to act as an interface between Engineering and production as well between maintenance and production
