Job Responsibility

Maintain the machines and associated equipment – including robotics
Conduct sampling of new molds and materials
Direct the daily duties of the personnel assigned to their area
Maintain records as required
Maintain equipment and ensure that work space is clean and orderly
Troubleshoot Robots and other automation machinery
Conduct studies on production, labor, equipment, and material costs
Practice a variety of molding processes
Use data collection (Plant Star, Kistler, Maximator) modules effectively
Train and perform the duties of Material Handlers and Operators as required

Job Responsibility

Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
Opens containers
Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
Conveys materials from storage or work sites to the designated area
