Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for all process issues in manufacturing
  • Take leading of process analysis and improvement activities to solve FTQ issues
  • Prepare working instruction and process card for new production
  • Work with equipment engineer to ensure smooth production running
  • Process card release, modification and verification
  • Process analysis with tool
  • Machine equipment suggestion with tool debugging
  • Support quality complaint tool improvement
  • Support tool modify to fit various separator machines
  • CT (cycle time) improvement
  • CT compliance monitor
  • Tool transfer between different machine and PPAP arrangement
  • Run up and debug tool after TQD and PPAP

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering & automation control is preferred
  • Over 3 years related working experiences
  • Good communication & written skills in English
  • Have basic knowledge of plastic material & Molding injection process
  • Good at problem solving skill and data analysis
