As a Toolmaker (Mold Maker), you play a key role in the technical heart of our production. You will be fully trained to become an expert in maintaining, repairing, and testing high-tech molds. You will precisely assemble all technical components and ensure that a high-quality product is delivered every time. Job Responsibility

  • The precise machining and assembly of parts for the structural maintenance and repair of molds
  • Continuous monitoring of the component inventory to identify and prevent potential shortages in a timely manner
  • Conducting extensive testing on finished molds so they can be handed over to the production department in fully operational condition
  • Ensuring quality by correctly and meticulously assembling all technical parts
  • Complying with internal company codes, such as the smoking ban on the premises, to maintain a safe and professional working environment

Requirements

  • A completed technical degree, where initial relevant work experience is considered a plus
  • Strong technical insight combined with a keen eye for detail and precision
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude to tackle technical challenges
  • An eager-to-learn mindset with great attention to order, cleanliness, and accuracy on the shop floor
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, to guarantee smooth and clear communication
  • Willingness to strictly follow safety and professionalism regulations, such as wearing the prescribed work clothing and refraining from wearing jewelry or makeup during working hours
