Job Responsibility:
Support the Customer's Engineering and Operations team to standardize processes and practices for system and infrastructure monitoring
Ensure service assurance
Evaluate and optimize Unified Communications systems monitoring capabilities
Write process and knowledge base articles to enhance system monitoring and incident management
Streamline and enhance monitoring methodologies to ensure uptime, voice and video performance and client experience
Implement new processes to achieve and maintain availability and performance SLAs for Customer's Services
Requirements:
Strong experience in Unified Communications Monitoring and Service Assurance
