Job Responsibility:
Play a key role in implementing the strategic direction for modularization
Ensure modularity is incorporated into the development of new Coloplast processes
Act as a link in Pilot Plant between modularization change initiative and running project program
Adapt processes for modular components
Support modularization initiatives within defined product lines and related manufacturing processes
Ensure modular design principles are fully integrated into manufacturing processes
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance modularization and manufacturing efficiency
Understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications and processes
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or similar
Several years of experience working with complex technical R&D projects, e.g. in a specialist role
Solid technical expertise working as a modularization architect or modularization engineer/specialist manufacturing process engineering and modular design principles
Knowledge and experience of product and process development, understanding modular architecture and interface management
Experience with process optimization, e.g. value stream mapping, automation integration, Lean, Six Sigma
Knowledge of QA and EHS systems and requirements
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Experience from working within the medical device industry
Understanding the regulations within the medical device industry
