Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a StructuresModification Mechanic to support our F-15SA Modifications team. The Modification Mechanic – Structures - F‑15SA Modifications will execute structural modification tasks at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Saudi Arabia, applying required technical competence to deliver safe, compliant, and timely modification outcomes. This is a long-term expatriate position based 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibility:
Perform modification tasks on F-15SA structures in support of the statement of work, using aircraft technical orders, engineering instructions, blueprints, and other authorized publications
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify structural components, validating work carried out and functionality
Coordinate with the maintenance controllers, coordinators, and management to sequence and prioritize work
ensure tooling, materials, and test equipment are available for scheduled and emergent tasks
Assist in the operational tests, ground checks, and component inspections to verify airworthiness and conformity to modification and safety standards
Adhere to Boeing standards, applicable regulatory requirements, QA, and Safety Management System (SMS) processes
participate in audits and contribute to corrective actions where required
Complete accurate technical records, modification logs, test reports, and discrepancy documentation in line with program, customer, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to LEAN/BPS/CI initiatives to improve throughput and quality and participate in / support training initiatives
Support a flexible environment with overtime as required to meet program timelines and execution demands
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of aircraft modification or maintenance experience with demonstrated aircraft structures competence
Proven ability to read and interpret technical orders, engineering drawings, and maintenance publications
Hands-on experience using structural and standard aircraft tooling
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment supporting modification programs
Nice to have:
Formal qualification in an aircraft engineering/technical discipline equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience or experience on fighter aircraft platforms (F-15 highly desirable) or other military fixed-wing platforms
Prior experience supporting aircraft modification programs, MRO, or production environments
Familiarity with maintenance recording systems and tool control systems
