Job Description:

To support, operate and enhance Modern Workplace platforms, ensuring secure, efficient and user‑focused digital experiences across Microsoft 365 and endpoint services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Manage Intune device provisioning, compliance, configuration and application deployment
  • Support Windows Autopilot deployment and optimise ESP reliability
  • Administer Entra ID including Conditional Access, MFA and identity lifecycle workflows
  • Troubleshoot Modern Workplace issues raised via the helpdesk and deliver high‑quality support
  • Maintain endpoint and identity governance models to ensure security and compliance
  • Create and maintain documentation for users and support teams
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to improve digital experience

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
  • Intune device management experience, including Windows 11 support
  • Understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, compliance and identity governance
  • PowerShell scripting experience for automation and operational improvements
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments, prioritising effectively

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Defender security capabilities
  • Familiarity with Purview DLP, labeling or governance models
  • Understanding of enterprise‑grade Windows update and device lifecycle strategies
  • Exposure to automation using Graph API
