As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, serve as a technical advisor, lead migrations, configure identity and security components, troubleshoot complex issues, automate workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions across Entra ID / IAM, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Multi‑Tenant Organization environments
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders
Lead and execute migrations from Google Workspace, Slack, on‑premises systems, and other cloud environments into Microsoft 365
Configure, administer, and optimize Entra ID
Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance policies
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365 services
Leverage PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate to build automations
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, diagrams, security baselines, and operational standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Stay current with Microsoft 365 innovations, roadmap changes, and best practices
Support project delivery efforts
Requirements:
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, including Entra / IAM, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Multi-Tenant Organization
Hands-on experience migrating from Google Workspace, Slack, or other collaboration/cloud platforms
Strong PowerShell scripting skills, Graph API experience, and familiarity with Power Automate
Solid troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoint management, messaging, collaboration, and security workloads
Experience with identity management and Entra ID administration
Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance practices within Microsoft 365
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required)
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Workplace Administrator Associate (plus if held)
