We are now looking for a Modern Workplace Analyst. In this role, you’ll be part of a diverse team dedicated to making a real impact through collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Job Responsibility:

  • Help shape and deliver the workplace applications roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT standards
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and SMEs including group communications, project managers and teammates to plan and deliver Modern Work opportunities by translating them into practical Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Recommend, design, and implement solutions using Viva Engage, Glint, SharePoint, Power Apps, and reporting tools, balancing user experience with governance and technical feasibility and focused on improving employee experience and how Microsoft 365 tools can support effective ways of working
  • Lead workshops and presentations to co-create solutions and demonstrate the benefits of low-code and AI-enabled tools
  • Curate and continuously enhance the end-to-end employee experience by designing and delivering modern workplace solutions that align with user needs and business requirements
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to empower colleagues in using workplace applications
  • Develop and prioritize use cases for Co-pilot AI, creating scalable low-code solutions that deliver measurable business value, balancing creativity and innovation with governance, security and scalability considerations
  • Passionate about designing employee-centred solutions and using Microsoft 365 tools to improve efficiency, engagement and experience
  • Design and implement system integrations using Power Automate to streamline workflows
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies / share insights
  • Monitor and anticipate workplace trends to ensure the group remains agile and well-positioned to meet current and future digital workforce needs to enhance the employee experience
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (including Viva Engage, Glint, SharePoint, Power Apps, Copilot)
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS
  • Knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is valued
  • Microsoft certification is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Highly collaborative team member who actively incorporates feedback and designs solutions grounded in a deep understanding of user needs
