We are seeking a visionary, high-caliber, and growth-oriented 'Modern Trade Head' to drive our commercial transformation and lead our entire Modern Trade organization. In this critical leadership role, you will define and execute the short- and long-term business strategies, orchestrate the growth agenda, and maximize profitability in alignment with our long-term global vision.
Job Responsibility
Develop, implement, and own the end-to-end commercial strategy and business plans for all Modern Trade channels
Shape and execute robust pricing strategies, promotion matrix designs, mix management, and trade investments to guarantee product profitability and market share growth
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of 5 direct reports (3 Key Account Managers, 1 E-Commerce KAM, 1 KA Analyst)
Achieve demanding financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and driving key P&L parameters
Actively collaborate with regional and global teams to foster cross-functional synergy, explore new market opportunities, and align local execution with global strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
10+ years of solid experience in Customer Management and Key Accounts within the FMCG sector
Minimum 5+ years of proven people leadership experience with a strong track record of building and motivating highly effective teams
Extensive background in large-scale client management
hands-on experience in managing E-Commerce and Omni-channel platforms is highly preferred
Advanced, business-level fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory (Assessment Center will be conducted fully in English)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially expert-level Excel and PowerPoint
