Job Description

We are seeking a visionary, high-caliber, and growth-oriented 'Modern Trade Head' to drive our commercial transformation and lead our entire Modern Trade organization. In this critical leadership role, you will define and execute the short- and long-term business strategies, orchestrate the growth agenda, and maximize profitability in alignment with our long-term global vision.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and own the end-to-end commercial strategy and business plans for all Modern Trade channels
  • Shape and execute robust pricing strategies, promotion matrix designs, mix management, and trade investments to guarantee product profitability and market share growth
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of 5 direct reports (3 Key Account Managers, 1 E-Commerce KAM, 1 KA Analyst)
  • Achieve demanding financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and driving key P&L parameters
  • Actively collaborate with regional and global teams to foster cross-functional synergy, explore new market opportunities, and align local execution with global strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • 10+ years of solid experience in Customer Management and Key Accounts within the FMCG sector
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven people leadership experience with a strong track record of building and motivating highly effective teams
  • Extensive background in large-scale client management
  • hands-on experience in managing E-Commerce and Omni-channel platforms is highly preferred
  • Advanced, business-level fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory (Assessment Center will be conducted fully in English)
