Job Description:

The MTAS would be required to drive sales and distribution for the company products and manage the allocated territory and the customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Directly responsible for delivering sales targets for the Accounts / Geography
  • Responsible for growing / maintaining market share for key categories in chains and stand alone stores
  • Responsible for the CSP operations and ensuring that targets are met
  • Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Responsible for shelf health in all the stores including Perfect Store Score
  • Responsible for POP objective implementation
  • Introduction and monitoring of store procedures
  • Responsible for Speed to shelf for new product launches and generating repeat orders
  • Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of offers
  • Coordinates with the accounts and gets details of store openings, thereby tracking organic growth
  • Indirectly responsible for 3rd party employees and their performance
  • Gathering of relevant data and reporting the same
  • Gives feedback to the central team on competitor activity and managing field intelligence
  • Gives feedback to the Customer marketing team to enable micro marketing plans
  • The innate ability to sell with the skill of negotiation, anticipation and handling barriers and objections to a sale

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Channel Sales and Modern Trade
  • Minimum Graduation Qualification
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills
