Modern Slavery Case Worker

• Provide high quality practical and emotional support to the residents within a risk assessed safe house setting
• Assist clients with increasing practical skills and self-confidence to empower and enable independent and safe living
• Support the Modern Slavery Case Worker Assistants with managing client’s case load which will involve all aspects of support and case work

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
• Experience of working with vulnerable adults
• Ability to work within a residential or community setting with non-UK residents
• Ability to drive with a valid licence with use of own vehicle insured for business purposes is essential
• Willing to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Willing to be part of an on call rota
• Able to get to and from the project via public transport or own car if necessary to attend while on call
