Due to organisational growth, we are currently recruiting Modern Slavery Case Worker’s for our Moving on Project based in the Manchester and Liverpool areas.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver comprehensive, trauma informed casework support to victims of modern slavery, including emotional and practical assistance, assessments, personalised support plans, risk management, and managing a defined caseload
Facilitate access to services and community integration, supporting clients with appointments, advocating with external agencies, organising group sessions, drop ins, and wellbeing or social activities
Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards
Regular travel across the Northern area for service user case work
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
Experience of working with vulnerable adults
Ability to work within a residential or community setting with non-UK residents
Ability to drive with a valid licence with use of own vehicle insured for business purposes
