Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Modern Slavery Case Worker’s for our Moving on Project based in the London area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver comprehensive, trauma informed casework support to victims of modern slavery, including emotional and practical assistance, assessments, personalised support plans, risk management, and managing a defined caseload
  • Facilitate access to services and community integration, supporting clients with appointments, advocating with external agencies, organising group sessions, drop ins, and wellbeing or social activities
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, the ability to work within a residential or community setting with non-UK residents
