• Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the MFL faculty to develop creative resources, participate in collaborative marking/moderation, and support extracurricular language clubs or international trips

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / QTLS: Mandatory. A degree in a relevant Modern Foreign Language (Spanish, French, German, etc.) or equivalent native-speaker qualification
• Subject Versatility: The ability to teach a main language to GCSE level is essential

• Communication Flair: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex grammatical structures simply and with enthusiasm
