Model Management Lead Engineer

• Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
• Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
• Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions
• Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
• Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement large-scale data processing workflows using Apache Spark
• Container Development: Design and implement docker images
• Optimization: Tune Spark jobs for performance
• Integration: Integrate spark with other data sources and sinks

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 3+ years working on Apache Spark for big data processing
• 2+ years of Django
• 2+ years of Cloud development experience (Google Cloud preferred)
• Proficiency in Spark frameworks (Python/PySpark)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes concepts
• Hands on working experience on distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and data storage solutions
• Strong coding skills in Python, Airflow, Django
• 2+ years of Airflow development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
