Model Home Consultant / Admin Support – 20/hour\n\nASSIGNMENT DATES: Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 AM – 6 PM\n\nOpen and Close the Sales Center\nMust be able to answer general questions from customers and Realtors or know who to call for necessary information\nProvide customer service by greeting all visitors and dispensing information on the company, product and neighborhood in a professional manner. This includes completing a Prospect Registration Card\nAssemble collateral handouts\nRelay any messages or important information to the Sales Consultant\nMust be able to work weekends and holidays\nAttend in-office meetings, collaborate face-to-face with co-workers, and be present and available for other office-related projects or tasks on a punctual, regular, and predictable basis\n\nWork Environment: This job operates at property sites and in an office. Work at property sites is performed daily and typically involves standing and walking for a majority of the day. This job involves contact with the public and potential customers.
