5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated weapons and defense platform knowledge
Experience implementing open systems standards, MOSA, WOSA, GCIA, across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems)
Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SAM, Rhapsody, SysML, UPDM/UAF)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
