Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle
  • Utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to define system architectures
  • Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts
  • Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments to support major design reviews

Requirements:

  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with MBSE modeling tools (e.g., NoMagic/Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody)
  • Familiarity with modeling languages and architecture frameworks such as SysML and DoDAF (including UPDM/UAF profiles)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
