Job Description:

Citibank seeks a Model/Analysis/Validation Officer to perform object validation project requests and provide technical review of non-model objects developed with advanced AI/ML methodologies; perform risk analysis and technical reviews aligning with Model Risk Management Review Policy and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Perform technical review of non-model objects developed with advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies
perform research of the methodology and algorithm used for an object
scrutinize performance testing results
evaluate potential risks
align with prescribed requirements of Model Risk Management Review Policy
comply with requirements from U.S. regulators including FRB and OCC.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics (any), Actuarial Science, or a related field
two years of experience in artificial intelligence application review, validation, and risk analysis
experience analyzing and assessing the risk of applications developed based on advanced Machine Learning techniques including natural language processing and generative AI
experience utilizing statistical programming on R, Python, SAS, and VBA
experience developing generative AI and NLP model risk management guidelines and procedures
experience composing validation reports with expertise in prompt engineering
experience evaluating the accuracy and efficiency of generated reports
experience fine-tuning generative AI for banking-related tasks including sentiment analysis of customer credit card reviews
experience creating visualizations of cost-benefit analysis to guide model selection
experience researching advanced evaluation methods for unsupervised learning applications
experience documenting feasibility analysis with case studies.
