Job Description:

The main purpose of this job is to provide specialized knowledge to defect management and communication & presentation. This job role will require working in shifts/roster to cover 24X7 operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Defect management: Provide trouble shooting actions to maintain fleet in serviceable condition for maximum utilization of aircrafts
  • Collection and Analysis of technical data (like DFDR readout / TSD) for troubleshooting of defects & preparation of reports
  • Real time review of defects reported on the aircraft and proposed recommendations to address defects
  • AOG/Delay Management
  • Deferment (MEL/CDL/ADD’s)
  • Provide Technical recommendation to the customer to perform troubleshooting and/or propose preventive/predictive maintenance
  • Communication & Presentation: Preparation of various reports in Google sheets/M.S Word
  • Conduct various meetings with customer to explain technical reasons and solutions for technical issues, delays & AOG
  • Liaison with various MRO’s, OEM’s and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Airline MCC experience
  • 5-20 years of aviation experience in Line / Major Maintenance / MCC
  • Type rating on Airbus A320/A330/A350 family aircrafts
  • Specialized knowledge to aircraft systems & defect management
  • This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
