Job Responsibility

Lead and influence cross-functional teams through collaboration with stakeholders to promote focus, optimize resources, and enable accountability, performance, transparency, and productivity of national account openings
Ensure new account openings overdeliver on client expectations by engaging cross-functional & field operational teams through organized and timely communications, resourcefulness and rapid resolution of support needs
Develop & facilitate detailed mobilization plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders and ensure we are performing the standardized approach, process, and activities
Identify ways to improve our processes and systems to add value and efficiency
Manage through risks that may have a material impact on operations and assist with mitigation strategy development and communication plan

Throughout ensure regulatory requirements and industry standards are met
Work with identified operations team to manage a practical implementation checklist and handoff of activation in a simple, rigorous, and measurable manner
