Job Responsibility:
In cooperation with global and local mobility and the business: implement, maintain and continuously develop mobility policies and processes that are effective, efficient and in line with IKEA Culture and values, market trends, latest developments and best practices
Improve and coordinate processes with our global service providers (relocation e.g. Visa/ flight/ hotel, insurances, education and partner support)
Act as single point of contact for the mobility team and local vendors for mobility policy & process inquiries
Continuously implement reporting and analytics (e.g. exceptions, outcome of surveys) to understand the true demand for support, benefits and services from the assignees and the business to improve the co-worker experience, decision making and competence flow
Ensure the country is in line with the mandated ways of working to secure quality, consistency and compliance, in the execution of our Mobility policies and processes
Local contact for all Meet & Travel related aspects in country
Drives transition to more digital support and optimizes offline support in country
Leads country level monitoring to ensure alignment with the mandatory elements of Meeting & Travel policies and compliance with local regulations
Cooperates across Group and local People & Culture organization to facilitate standardization and optimization of Meeting & Travel data analytics in country, follows up on usage and satisfaction of business support, services and solutions as well as the cost efficiency of meeting programs and travel
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience or minimum of 1 year of experience in Mobility
Knowledge of payroll and administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely net pay, including tax, social security reporting, and input to financial accounting
Experience in working within flexible and collaborative environments, where requirements and solutions evolve through cross-functional, self-organizing teams
Solid understanding of compliance and accountability, with the ability to create, implement, and follow up on rules and practices that ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to IKEA standards
Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain accurate records and information efficiently across IKEA
The ability to develop and use IKEA standards and manuals, ensuring rules are followed, compliance is achieved, and clear direction is provided
