Job Responsibility

  • Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email
  • Deliver customer service by managing the replacement process end-to-end
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and operational standards
  • Share customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational performance
  • Allocate vehicles to reservations by effectively balancing specific customer requirements with operational cost efficiency
  • Align consistently with external service partners and Rent-a-Car suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Resolve customer concerns and manage complaint handling processes to ensure maximum satisfaction and timely resolution
  • Organize daily operational schedules to ensure seamless vehicle preparation and timely delivery to all customers
  • Provide on-site support at the mobility station by managing vehicle pick-ups and conducting thorough return inspections

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in mobility services, fleet management, automotive operations, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Team spirit, collaborative approach and with multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational workflows is a plus
