Job Description:

We are recruiting two Mobilisation Hosts to join Rapport on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting 1st April 2026. This role will support an exciting workplace transition, ensuring colleagues and visitors receive a seamless and welcoming experience during office mobilisation and change. As a Mobilisation Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders, bringing warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service to every interaction. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth front-of-house operations while supporting teams and building occupants through workplace changes. You’ll take ownership of your area, anticipate needs, and work closely with project teams and facilities colleagues to ensure the workplace continues to run efficiently throughout the mobilisation period.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues and visitors during workplace transitions
  • Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, ensuring every interaction is professional and welcoming
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and facilities to support smooth daily operations
  • Manage reception duties, visitor management, meeting rooms, and general enquiries
  • Communicate updates to building occupants regarding mobilisation progress and temporary procedures
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating where necessary to ensure business continuity

  • Experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or workplace services role

  • Responsible for maintenance and availability of the AUV capability both offshore and onshore

  • Support the identification of and requirement setting for technical procurements of services
  • Assist the AUV Engineering Manager in planning, organising and conducting tasks
