Job Description

Primero are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will commence in our Osborne Park office; however, we will be relocating to offices in the Perth CBD area in late 2026. In this role you will be responsible for adhering to the Primero and client mobilisation processes, ensuring Primero personnel and contractors are mobilised to site in a compliant manner.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for mobilisation coordination for all white & blue collar personnel to Project sites
  • Understand and uphold project and position minimum requirements
  • Accurately track progress and compliance for individuals mobilising to projects
  • Ensure records are maintained in the onboarding and training records system
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure project mobilisation targets are met
  • Ordering and distribution of PPE to individuals
  • Raise purchase orders for medicals, training, and labour hire personnel
  • Source and schedule required training for individuals

Requirements

  • 2+ years mobilisation experience (ideally in the engineering or resources sectors)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including excel
  • Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team focused and able to contribute to a positive and engaging work environment
