Are you looking for a challenging, interesting and rewarding step in your career? Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Mobilization Administrator to join the Resourcing Team! In this key role, you will be the focal point providing mobilization support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end mobilisation process for all personnel (employees, contractors, and visitors)
  • Coordinate onboarding requirements including inductions, training, medicals, and certifications
  • Ensure all personnel meet site and client compliance requirements prior to mobilization
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in INX (e.g. InFlight / InTuition modules)
  • Upload and verify qualifications, licenses, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor personnel compliance status and proactively manage expiries
  • Act as the primary point of contact for mobilisation queries
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, and ground transport in line with project rosters
  • Issue mobilisation instructions and travel itineraries to personnel

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-past project environment
  • Highly motivated and process driven individual
