Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end mobilisation process for all personnel (employees, contractors, and visitors)
Coordinate onboarding requirements including inductions, training, medicals, and certifications
Ensure all personnel meet site and client compliance requirements prior to mobilization
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in INX (e.g. InFlight / InTuition modules)
Upload and verify qualifications, licenses, and compliance documentation
Monitor personnel compliance status and proactively manage expiries
Act as the primary point of contact for mobilisation queries
Coordinate flights, accommodation, and ground transport in line with project rosters
Issue mobilisation instructions and travel itineraries to personnel
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-past project environment
Highly motivated and process driven individual
Strong eye for detail
Excellent time management skills
