We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, addiction, and other mental health concerns. Job Responsibility:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with developmental disabilities, addiction, and other mental health concerns
Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective and innovative behavioral health interventions
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Participate in inpatient and outpatient settings, including pediatric and adult populations
Develop and lead group therapy sessions to foster a sense of community and support among patients
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in behavioral health
Requirements:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Licensure or certification as a Therapist or Counselor, depending on state requirements
Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, addiction, and other behavioral health concerns
Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and behavioral health treatment modalities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations
