Job Description

Randstad are seeking a skilled and qualified Mobile Electrician to join our clients mobile team and carry out electrical day-to-day repairs, testing, maintenance, and installation work on a portfolio of properties in Sunderland.

Job Responsibility

  • Undertake periodic inspection, testing, and EICR delivery across a varied portfolio of occupied and vacant domestic properties
  • Carry out repairs, maintenance, installation, and testing works to the Client's domestic and commercial properties
  • To perform domestic and commercial electrical installation condition reporting
  • Complete minor elements of general maintenance tasks
  • Complete domestic electrical maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
  • Complete rewires, upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty wiring to maintain system integrity
  • Carry out smoke alarm installations, ensuring the proper installation and function of smoke detection systems
  • Complete fuse board upgrades, modernising electrical panels to meet current regulations and performance standards

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
  • City and Guilds 2361 part 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • AM2 practical trade test qualification
  • 18th Edition Qualification
  • Previous domestic experience
  • Valid UK Driver's Licence
