Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Mobile Tech Lead to guide the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. This role will focus on leading technical execution, ensuring best practices, and collaborating closely with the Mobile Architect to deliver scalable and secure solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android using cross-platform frameworks
  • Collaborating with the Mobile Architect to implement architectural decisions and ensure alignment with overall design
  • Driving code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices
  • Troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Integrating mobile applications with backend systems and cloud services
  • Mentoring developers and foster a culture of technical excellence
  • Contributing to performance optimization and security improvements

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role
  • Cross-Platform: Ionic & Capacitor with Angular
  • iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, XCTest (or equivalent)
  • Android: Java/Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Espresso (or equivalent)
  • Cloud Integration: Firebase
  • Experience with React Native
  • AWS knowledge
