Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Software Developer for a temporary contract role with a strong focus on mobile development. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise in developing React Native and React JS solutions to solve real-world challenges. The position is hybrid-based in Alpharetta, GA, offering flexibility for remote arrangements. As a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of cross-platform Android and iOS applications, ensuring seamless performance and user experience. You will also address and solution unforeseen challenges as they arise, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile apps using React Native
Build modern, scalable, and secure web applications using React JS
Work seamlessly across both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance
Lead end-to-end software delivery, including solutioning unforeseen challenges and release management
Develop and maintain RESTful services to support applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions
Ensure code quality, scalability, and security best practices
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning
Work with .NET or Java backends to support functionality
Contribute to API design, database management, and microservices architecture
Utilize Electron for cross-platform desktop applications when applicable

Requirements:

React Native & React JS Expertise: Experience developing mobile applications and web solutions (70% React JS, 30% React Native)
Mobile Platform Proficiency: Strong experience delivering on both Android and iOS platforms
Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with .NET or Java to integrate backend systems
API and Microservices: Expertise in scalable API design and leveraging microservices architecture
Problem-Solution Skills: Clear track record of solving unforeseen technical challenges with effective resolutions

Nice to have:

CI/CD and Automated Testing: Familiarity with pipelines and testing frameworks to ensure high-quality releases
Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services
Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Agile Methodology: Background in Agile development practices
