Job Description

ROLE: Soft Services Supervisor (Mobile) HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm LOCATION: Herts CLCH NHS - Watford - Langley House. With on occasion supporting the Potters Bar Community Hospital At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a motivated Soft Services Supervisor who will support the delivery services for our Catering and Cleaning teams

Job Responsibility

  • Build strong relationships with Clients and Internal teams
  • Conduct Cleaning and Catering Audits for the site
  • Monitor performance against SLA's and Cleaning specifications
  • Schedule teams rotas, sick and annual leave cover etc
  • Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance)
  • Manage employee wages and ensure Health & safety compliance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Soft Services/ Catering / Operations
  • Knowledge of 'National Standards for Healthcare Food and Drink'
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Food Hygiene qualification is highly desirable
  • Supervisory/ Managerial experience
  • Strong organisation skills and time management
