Mobile Soft Services Supervisor

• Build strong relationships with Clients and Internal teams
• Conduct Cleaning and Catering Audits for the site
• Monitor performance against SLA's and Cleaning specifications
• Schedule teams rotas, sick and annual leave cover etc
• Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance)
• Manage employee wages and ensure Health & safety compliance

• Previous experience in Soft Services/ Catering / Operations
• Knowledge of 'National Standards for Healthcare Food and Drink'
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Food Hygiene qualification is highly desirable
• Supervisory/ Managerial experience
• Strong organisation skills and time management
