Job Description:

As Mobile Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a portfolio of C&I solar PV projects. You’ll act as the key on-site representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest HSE standards. Given the mobile nature of the role, flexibility to travel and stay away during the week is essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a portfolio of C&I solar PV projects
  • Managing day-to-day site activities across multiple live projects
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensuring strict adherence to HSE and CDM regulations
  • Monitoring programme milestones and reporting progress to senior management
  • Conducting quality inspections and ensuring works meet design specifications
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on solar PV projects (ideally C&I scale)
  • Strong understanding of electrical and civil installation processes
  • SMSTS (essential)
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS card
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
