Job Responsibility
Designing the product strategy framework with a lifecycle approach to ensure a consistent end-to-end customer journey
Driving innovation across the product landscape, supporting company growth while ensuring simplicity and best-in-class experience
Collaborating closely with commercial teams, mentoring squad members on product knowledge, and leading training initiatives
Developing solutions to simplify structurally and functionally complex product setups (e.g., eligibility rules)
Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive actions to avoid commercial losses due to system vulnerabilities
Monitoring all aspects of the product lifecycle and conducting analyses to sustain and expand product performance
Formulating hypotheses and designing/executing A/B tests to gain deep insights into customer needs, personas, and journeys
Staying up to date with emerging digital technologies to maintain a forward-thinking, tech-savvy approach
Operating in alignment with agile principles and practices
Proactively reducing potential customer complaints and taking preventive actions
Working closely with IT teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Plan and manage A, B and C type tasks, ensure proper tracking, and oversee the seamless launch of products into production
Closely monitor sales and customer experience complaints, ensure proper routing, and drive their resolution
Track customers acquired through digital channels throughout their lifecycle, monitor their conversion into the base, and develop relevant offers and recommendations
Identify, track, and initiate automation opportunities throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
Experience in product management
Min 3 years of telecommunications experience
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with process design tools
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
Strong planning & organizing skills
Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Interest in innovative technologies such as Machine Learning and Generative AI
Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of self-service experience design, digital product management, and customer-oriented product management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Fluency in both English and Turkish
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Flexible and willing to take on responsibilities across different domains (commercial, marketing, channels)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across their lifecycle
